At Dear DigitalTree Private Limited, we are committed to creating a professional, ethical, and supportive environment for all affiliates. Every affiliate is expected to follow the standards outlined below while representing the company, its products, and its community.

1. Act with Honesty and Integrity

Affiliates must always provide accurate and truthful information about the company's products, services, compensation plans, and opportunities. Misleading statements, false promises, or exaggerated income claims are strictly prohibited.

2. Respect Others

All affiliates must treat customers, team members, leaders, and company representatives with respect and professionalism. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, threats, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

3. No Poaching or Team Interference

Affiliates must not attempt to recruit, influence, or transfer members from another affiliate's team. Sponsor relationships are final and cannot be changed after enrollment unless approved by the company.

4. Ethical Promotion

Only official company-approved marketing materials should be used for promotions. Affiliates may not create unauthorized offers, discounts, incentives, or misleading advertisements on behalf of the company.

5. Customer First Approach

Affiliates should always prioritize customer satisfaction and provide clear information regarding products, services, refunds, and company policies. Customers must be treated fairly, honestly, and professionally.

6. Compliance with Laws

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Any fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, cybercrime, hacking, or illegal conduct may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Account and Referral Code Usage

Each affiliate is responsible for maintaining accurate account information. Sharing, transferring, misusing, or using another person's referral code is strictly prohibited. Multiple or fake accounts are not allowed.

8. Professional Online Conduct

Affiliates should maintain a positive and professional presence on social media and online platforms. Posting false, defamatory, harmful, or misleading content about the company, its affiliates, customers, or leadership is prohibited.

9. Income Disclaimer

Dear DigitalTree Private Limited does not guarantee any level of income or financial success. Affiliate earnings depend on individual effort, skills, dedication, and market conditions.

10. Intellectual Property Protection

All company trademarks, logos, training materials, videos, presentations, and content remain the property of Dear DigitalTree Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or use of company materials is prohibited.

11. Disciplinary Actions

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Written Warning
• Temporary Suspension
• Permanent Account Termination
• Forfeiture of Commissions
• Legal Action, where applicable

12. Acknowledgment

By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
